I think Breathing and Getting Older.
Well, if you look closely, the number one is separate from the every in the question. I think it could have something to do with that. Maybe starting the natural number sequence or something?
Everyone is not doing nothing, everyone is doing something all the time so they all can not do nothing
breathing is not the answer, because someone can hold their breath and not breathe, i agree with aging
It can't be aging, either, because then how do you account for Jennifer Connelly and Kate Beckinsdale?
Dying? Aging=dying ultimately, sad but true.
