There are 4 errors.
1. There are only 4 f's.
2. ther'are is spelt wrongly
3. santence is spelt wrongly
4. Any sentence with more than 3 errors is considered as a wrong sentence.
:)
There are 6 f's

There are 3 errors in the first sentence:
1) santence should be sentence
2) ther'are is not a contraction; it should be "there are".
3) The statement that there are 5 F's in the next sentence is wrong. It's 6, as was already pointed out ("of" is often overlooked when counting F's).
And there are four errors in the first sentence when it claimed there were only two. Two mis-spellings, the wrong number of "f"s and the wrong number of errors. Four errors in all.
ANSWER
-----------------------
4 errors.
Error: There are five 'f's (there are 6)
Error: in the next santence, (sentence misspelled)
Error: and ther’are (there are)
Error: two errors in this one. (There were 3 and now actually 4)
there is one error in the first sentence.. the word error of course there are lots of mistakes but the word error is only there once.
