Nine lives of a cat

Can you make a 100 using the number of 9's you find between 1 and 100 and any mathematical function(s)

The number of 9's between 1 and 100 is 19.

So only using 19, you could do (1+9)^2 to make 10^2 = 100

So...what, we've got 20 9s here? Let's see:
09 - 1
19 - 2
29 - 3
39 - 4
49 - 5
59 - 6
69 - 7
79 - 8
89 - 9
90 - 10
91 - 11
92 - 12
93 - 13
94 - 14
95 - 15
96 - 16
97 - 17
98 - 18
99 - 19 & 20

I've got a cheap one then:

(9+9+9+9+9+9+9+9+9)/(9+9+9+9+9+9+9+9+9)+99

Of course, I've been playing four fours recently, so I don't know that concatenation is allowed.

Using all the 9s between 0 and 100 to make a sum of 100 could be solved in many ways. One of which is [(9+9)-(9+9)-(9+9)+(9+9)+9)]/[(9+9)-(9+9)-(9+9)+(9+9)+9)]+99=100

The question says that you use the number of 9's you find between 1 and 100 to make 100. The number of
9's between 1 and 100 is
20. 20*5=100

There are 19 number's of 9 from 1 to 100

Using only 19, you could multiply 19*(1+9) to make 190 and then devide by 1.9. Thus, giving you 100

ok, its a simple word trick it says "using the number of nines between 1 and 100" the total number is 20, so 20*5

ok its like this:there are 20 9s in 100 but u cant make a hundred with the 9x table so u do:
(9+9+9+9+9+9+9+9+9)/by that again wich is 1 then add 99=100
u dont have to be stupid to work it out

How about...

9/9+99*9^9/9/(9.9-9)/99/9/(9.9-9)/9^9+99=100

OR

9*(99/999.9)^9.9+99+9/9+9*(9/99.9)^9.9=100
