Solving Puzzles
Johnny walks into a restaurant for lunch. He asks the waitress if she is good at solving puzzles. She replies, "I am the best." So Johnny says he'll have "sausage and noodles drenched with ice cream, hashed" and adds, "if you bring me what I really want I'll leave you a $100 tip."
A few minutes later, she brought him exactly what he wanted, and he left her the large tip. What did Johnny really eat for lunch?

It can be abbreviated as S.A.N.D.W.I.C.H, yes. But the fact is the trick was there was no trick. He really wanted diced italian sausage sprinkled into chow mein in a neopolitan ice cream sauce to be mashed into a heterogeneous semi-paste and fried in a skillet.
Man, now I'm hungry. Come on, lunch!

And I'm just saying...after so many years of ordering "a sandwich, if you know what I mean - wink," and getting a pastrami and swiss on rye, he decided to forgo subtlty and just be direct.
The real puzzle is what kind of house did he grow up in that he developed a taste for this dish?
