Well, since you scored only 10 out of 15 on the part that carries 40% of your score, and you scored only 23 out of 40 on the part that carries 60% of your score, and thus your overall score is about a 61.2, I'd say you're in danger of being fired.
IMO, if your overall score meets expectation you are doing good !
but i would love to see what others say about this
