If he's bald. His hair was white or grey posibly, before he went bald. So, her dress was white or grey.

she wore a peach dress. she did not go al natural or in white or grey. a bald persons head is peach colored.
Im gunna go with skin... Maybe her husband is Ted Bundy or Charles Manson.
Or maybe its a play off of the unfortunate side affects of being bald. For example, she could have wore the same dress as girl number 1 because her husbands head was sun burnt.
I guess unless he has hair somewhere. The only correct answer could be no dress, because he has no hair... And most bald men are black, so there would be a better chance of a brown or dark brown color if it were to match his head.
I hope the answer to this is funny. Does anyone know how it is you check the answers to these. I know you have to wait a week, but then what?

If it is suggesting that he is bald all over, then he would have no hair. If he has no hair, then his hair can have no colour as it is non existent, so thus, she must be wearing a colourless dress.

They were married before he was bald. I mean he WAS her husband already. So whatever color his hair used to be.

This is really stupid, but it's the only thing I can think of. It might also be the other way around.

well it could'nt be the color of his head because he could be black so being nude is the only answer because it said the color of the hair and theres no hair but you could look at the hair on his arms or something
