A bus stops at it's first stop of the day. Ten people get on.
At the next stop, eight people get off and two get on.
Next stop: Four people get off and five get on.
Next stop: Eight people get on and ten get off.
How many people are left on the bus?

except the answer could be five, or even more because the bus driver could be being supervised or something along those lines
yeah but what is the deal with the 4th stop, 3 of the people getting off the bus just got on, if we are only talking passengers. So are we to assume that there are 3 bus company employees on the bus, I s'pose if this a cross country trip you might have a shift change. I'll go with 6.
Unless of course 'get off' is a euphomism then the answer is 26.
3, 4 counting bus driver would be my guess... This is like a grade two riddle.
Boarding a bus is called 'getting on'. But once you're on the bus, at least in my mind, you aren't 'on' it but 'in' it. Therefore I would say none. No one was on the bus. They were in it.
