Little Joe was waiting for his mom outside the clinic. The compounder Miss Janet asked him, "Joe, do you know how many parts of the body can be spelled with four letters ?"
"Of course " said Joe and started counting. "Hair, nose, neck, skin.... god, they are more than I thought, let me write it down."

this has endless possibilities.. especially if you count some not-so-PC four letter words.. LOL. i can think of a few off the top of my head! haha.

The student only wrote four of them down.
And the puzzle asks "How many are there"?
So the answer is four.
Only one, as far as I know. It asks how many can be spelled with only 4 letters, and I don't know any that are anagrams of each other.
