Everyone's answer so far is right (Except Miniman) but keep trying
is number 1 "o"?
number 5 is obviously "I"
#1 is "T" because it's in the middle of "water"
Is #10 "Y" (why)?
lol some answers are funny but wrong all accept for the anonymous that answered number 1
#9 is T, because 'U' follow[s] it (I think).
what about #3 being C, something about the difference between loud and cloud

I think #4 is f because is at the end of beef. #9 is Q because it's ahead of u. That's all I've got
1 could be b because it's surrounded by "a" "c" (a sea)
