I got fed up so i typed it into google. I have the translation but i wont post it because i want someone else to post it and explain how they got it!

Try reading it backwards, from end to beginning. And consider "sounds like".

dang! cerebrums beat me to it. i was gonna say that. well anyways i tried that and i got some part of it. you know where it says, "me with 2 oar our Ann pas " i think its supposed to be 'spend an hour or two with me' and also i think "inn b chewed i if" from the riddle pronounced backwards is 'if i should be'. lol atleast i tired =P
