The Urban Riddle

Come near, o men of wisdom, an search you through
my ditty:
Four buried in this rubbish cities fair are lying low,
Search 'till on every line you see stand up a risen city.
'Till walls and arches, terraces and turrets, upward grow.

This is a toughie, lets see if you can find all of the cities in the lines (there are only four, the line below the first doesn't count)

so i reckon the third one is...

and the last one...
