I'm sure it's a 'P'...
All 'P'arties begin with 'P',
'P' comes after 'O' in the alphabet,
'P'ills without 'P' would become 'ills' = sick,
but i can't figure out the one about the church!

At church you sit on a pew. Without the P, that makes 'ew'.

benches at a church = pew
without the p, it would be "ew"
the church one is
PEW - P = EW
oh, i thought it was sh** because:
1. someone always starts sh** at parties
2. it always comes after oh ( ooohh sh*******)
3. if you take to many pills you have to sh** them out before your digest them ( or else you will either get sick or die)
4. and if you sat on sh** at church that would be disgusting
it could have worked...
