I dont know how to make a square root sign so this ~ equals square root

10~+10~+10~
basically the square root of ten plus the square root of ten plus the square root of ten or the square root of ten multiplied by three wich rounded up equals 9.50

Rounded ~10+~10+~10 to 2 decimals is 9.49. The question is actually specific 9.50 (with 2 decimals)....struggle to find solution....

This is actually one from a few years back...and it should say:

Using only a single line correct the following: 10 10 10 = 9.50

answer: 10 TO 10 = 9.50

Anonymous Joe replies:
Shouldn't that be "Using only a single line and a single period..." (or "dot," or something like that)? 10 T0 10 = 9:50

10+10+10≠9.50

or 10-log(root(10),10) where the last 10 is the base

Did you guys not notice that is says BASIC aritmetic signs, all of yours are too complex, i agree with the 10 TO 10=9.50 thing........

Correct answer has to be 10 To 10.
Thanks to A. Joe.
That's a riddle supposed to be.

However, pls note:
[ ( 10 x 10 - 10 ) x 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 ] / 10 / 10 = 9.50
precisely.
Sorry, for this Basic Math to work, it requires 11 Tens... (Gary flanked.)

Note, this one needs 12 Tens:
[ (10 x 10 x 10) - (10 x 10) + 10 + 10 +10 +10 +10 ] / 10 / 10 = 9.50

1010.10=9.50
1010.10 is 9.50 in binary

sorry for above answer
1010-.10=9.50 in binary

Ano May 29 made some nice comments.
However, dicimal pt misplaced.

It should have been:
SqRt(10101.0) - 10
= 100.50 - 10
= 90.50

Unfortunately, this requires 4 Tens. Hence, I still vote for "10 To 10 = 9:50"

no, 1010 is 10 in binary, and .10 is .5
hence, 10-.50=9.50

Actually, it's possible with only 4 10s:
10-10/(10+10)=9.5
10-10/20
10-.5
9.5

By the way, making 10 into TO is not "arithmetical."

ANSWER : 10 TO 10 = 9:50
------------------------------
In the question "arithmetical" was in quotes so it was not meant to be taken literally.

GOT RIGHT
