A man stabbed his wife to death. He was alone with her before and after the crime. To throw the police off, he decided to leave false fingerprints. How is this possible?

But of course, he could have just gone the crude/gory route and previously cut off someone's (possibly a recently dead person's) fingertip. I prefer the sophisticated approach :)

I think he used someone else's hand, one that was cut off from the other person before he killed his wife.
The lead CSI on the case was his best friend and he owed him a favour! :)
I think he put on gloves, touched another person's fingertips, and took their fingerprint
someone came over and left a fingerprint on a glass, he fingerprint dusted it then put tape over the print to get the print off, then he pushed on the tape on surfaces around the house:P idk just a idea

well obviously he used his wife's fingerprint to make it look like she killed herself (suicide) to throw the police of guard. They would have never suspected it if he hadn't have been home...

it says he was alone before and after the crime but doesn't say he was alone during! he had an accomplice whos fingerprints could have been used!

He used a Koala bear's print, which hardly differs from a humans print.
