ok i suck at word puzzles, but im perty sure if you rearange the letters of all thouse colors some how it askes if that person will give them a job or something close

I've heard this joke before, slightly racist but probably true
I hear phone 'GREEN GREEN', then I go and 'PINK' up the phone, and I say 'YELLOW BLUES' that?
