Like on a calender, when you have 31 days in a month, and you don't have enough spaces to make aup another week, you put 31 under 24, if you know what I'm getting at

It is a common fraction used in business to estimate the ratio of working days to calendar days.

How does that work ^
In August there we 31 days, but only 21 working days for a 5 day week or 26 working days for a 6 day week?
