50%.. Any previous results do not affect subsequent ones. As long as the coin is fair (i.e. not weighted to one face, for example)

this made me think of a something i have read and discussed (lol still)
this thing that i read is that you have more of a chance of whichever side was face up to start with has more of a chance (i dont really believe that one but still)

the result of ANY single toss is always 50%. If you were to ask, however, that are the odds of winning 5 out of 6 tosses, you'd have a different answer...
