A dirt-biker rode the first half distance of the race with the speed of 200 miles per hour. For the remaining part he was a bit distracted and covered half the time with the velocity 150 miles per hour and rest of the time, speed up to 250 miles per hour.
If he came second and was beaten by 20 seconds. What was the average velocity of the guy, who came first ?

dirt biker had an average speed of 200 mph over the whole race. If he was beaten by 20 seconds then the biker that beat him must have been travelling at................................................................................................i dont know how to do the rest lols
yes, but to find the speed of the biker in first you would need to know the total distance. velocity*distance= average speed
dirt bikes don't go that fast
Impossible
His average speed was 193.5484 mile/ hr
SO the minute’s travel by him will be distance divided by 193.5484/60
SO if the distance is x so min will be X/(193.5484/60)
So let his min will be Y
So the formula will be Y= X/(193.5484/60)
If he lost by 20 sec than the speed of the person will be
So his velocity will be X/(Y-20 sec)*60min

Dirt bike tracks are start at the same place they started,
Note the difference between speed average speed and velocity, Velocity is a measurement of Average speed from one point to another and direction of movement.
So if the finish is where the start is the velicity will be 0m.s in anny direction you want. because OVERALL he did't move anywhere.
So in conclusion the velocity of the guy that came first is O m.s North
Oops they start at the same place they finish :p my bad

they're dead because they flew off thier bikes off a cliff, into some pointy rocks... which then broke and fell into a bomb factory which blew up causing the dead guys to fly into a swamp containing many alligators which then got incinderated by the Ghostbusters.
or the engines on the bike died.
The average velocity of the one who came in second is 205 m/s, so the other one's must be a bit more than that, like 206,207m/s.
But a bike can't go that fast, can it?
Distance=200+150+250=600
