Not for the Queen
In chess, there is one specific type of move, the Queen is unable to make but all the other pieces can.
And you thought you know chess, huh !

To jump a piece which only the knight can do. Or to reach the end of the board and revive a piece which only a pawn can do.
The queen is unable to pass go and collect £200.
The queen is unable to take a piece of greater value, where as all other pieces can (assuming the king has no value).
i agree with last anonymous... the Queen cannot capture a peice of greater value. Even if the King is a greater value, the King can never be captured (by anything).. He can only put in check. Checkmate occurs when the king can't get out of the check situation, ending the game before a peice can capture it..
the anonymous is correct but i must correct you on something Euclid...
there is a method of forming a stalemate even if one person has all their pieces and the other has a king only... it's where the king cannot make any moves yet he is not in check... then this case becomes a draw.
Fail question fails.
NEXT.
I think it is 8 queen case in chess where a queen if move it will be dead
anon.. yes.. but in a stale mate, the king still can't be captured.. my point was the king can never be captured. the closest is check mate where he can no longer move..
Euclid's Brother i would agree with you except that the queen isnt the only piece that cannot capture a piece of greater. the king cant eather
