What am I ?

Hint: I'm an object.

I wish I was black.
Blacks can glide through with speed and agility.
We browns can be much sharper than the blacks,
but not always.
We browns are less likely to bust
a cap because we have no cap to bust.
We are usually shorter than blacks but not always.
We get smaller with age.
The stereotypes are terrible for the browns just
because we travel in bulk and work at low prices.
We're not as strong as the blacks.
We have the advantage of covering our tracks in
white territory; the blacks are too messy.
We both are scared of the whites out
and most don't mind getting "high lit."
We both are made for doing lines.
Without us the whites would be blank of idea
