ummm... i havent tested it or anything but i'd say it'd melt and go like toffee. The solid, when heated up turns to a liquid. Then it would catcha a light due to the heat.
None of the above, but you can make it work. Sprinkle some ashes on the cube and light on fire and will burn with a blue color. Ashes are a catalyst, sugar burns because sugar has high number of calories (energy) which is defined as the quantity of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 g of pure water by 1ยบ C.
it melts because white sugar is crystal so it has water in it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

It melts... we did this in physical science even though we weren't supposed to. It smelled like cotton candy.

i think it will burn with flames because that's what i think it will do.
The Cheap Vegetable is right. I was going to say we did that in science class.
it melts
It would turn into caramel by decomposition. It would melt, emit a foul smell, and turn brown/black.
