Horse Racing

There is a Horse Track that's betting station has the slogan of "We'll take any bet".

A man is down on his luck, but he is very smart, so he decides to go to this Horse Track to try and make some money.

When he gets there, he sees this slogan and comes with an idea on what to be on.

The question is, what does he put his money on?

I think he bet that the first horse to cross the finish line would be the winner.

There are so many correct answers to this though.

- the first horse is the winner
- only one horse will win
- all horses will finish
- Both of these horses won't be the winner
- The last horse won't win

I'm sad because its been a while since I've seen a really good riddle on ToM.

None of your answers make sense!!!

The thing with betting is, your outcome is directally relately on the odds of your input.

If he bets on "The Winner" there is a 1/1 chance he will be right. Thus he won't get any money.

I have no idea what the answer is, but the ones i've seen leave him with whatever he bet....

you can't beat that all horses will finish, a horse could get hurt, die, or for many reasons not finish.
