Bill Gates wagers Warren Buffet 1 million dollars that he can cut a hole in an ordinary playing card and step right through it. As Warren's financial advisor, would you suggest him to bet ? Or What explanation can you give him ?

Do not take the bet. If you fold the card in half and make thin cuts alternating sides of the card starting on the side with the fold then cut all the folds in the middle leaving the 2 outer folds in tact you will have a hole big enough to step through.

As an advisor, I would say that the act can be accomplished. In fact I have done it myself. All thats required is careful cutting, and the knowledge of where to cut.
If he wants, he can bet, but if Bill knows how make the cuts, and is careful, the act is possible.
I would advise him not to accept the bet. Not because it can't be done, but because of the size of the hole needed be made(not exactly a skinny guy from what I've seen). It is possible to make a hole large enough for a person to step through.
