100,000 cm = 1 km
2.54cm is one inch
change the deno. to 2.54 * 3600 * 12.
1/2.54 converts cm into inches. 1/ (2.54*12) converts cm into feet.
3600 converts hrs into seconds. thus
km / hr * (100,000/254*36*12)
= feet/second
rag, put one up with accelleration (d/t^2)
