Line Name

What is the name of the line referred to when you say "Cut a circle in two points" ?

well im not sure what ur askin but the line which cuts a circle or and arc at 2 points is called a secant...

yep.. line secant intersects a cirle at 2 points. line tangent intersects at 1 point.
