A man watched a horror movie in which there was a big pile of dead bodies, he had a drink and he noticed that there was something else in the cup besides the drink, he thought it was nothing. but when he went outside, he fell unconsious, he found himself on top of a big mountain, he fell off and died, he woke up in hospital a day later

im not sure if this is right, but since he may have been asleep in the hospital OR, this is all happening in a movie and there are two different "he"'s

He was dreaming, fell out of bed, bumped his head (hard), woke in the hospital.

i.e. a punch was mixed with alcohol or more potent drug
he Passed out Hit his head while falling and had a dream he fell off a mountain from the extreme pain the fall caused and he woke up in the hospital after his family/friends took him to the hospital shortly after they had found him.
got to agree with Kindman. The dude got high or something from whatever was in the drink. so the whole falling unconscious and falling off a mountain was his mind making something up.
ok heres wat happened,
he was watching a horror movie which had a big pile of dead bodies in it(or a mountain of dead bodies), he has a drink of hot chocolate to help him get to sleep, then he notices that there is something else in the cup, he thought it was nothing, but it was cocain,a lot of it too, which was mixed in with the little granuals of the hot chocolate, he felt ill, so he went outside to his car to drive to the hospital because he felt really ill, but he fell unconsious before he reached the car (he is now dreaming in his unconsiousness), he had dream about the horror movie he just watched, he found himself on the the top of a mountain(the mountain of dead bodies),he fell off the mountain and died in his dream, he woke up screaming in hospital a day later.

maybe, " he " is a person in the movie that the man is watching. so the man is watching a movie about this scenario.
