Hi Pawan. You got it right. Did you look that up or work it out?
How do you get 11, 16?
11 = (9+3)-1, 16 = (27+1)-(9+3)
i almost got the answer,but then my brain broke.
Hi Knightmare. LOL. I'd seen the answer before posting. I'm not sure how I would have gone about solving it.
I'm guessing by "subtracting" weights the user of the scale is actually setting the scale to recognize a certain weight (not 0) equal to 0?
no.. subtracting is simply putting the weights on the other side. For 11: u put 9 and 3 on one side, and 11 and 1 on the other
