On Logic
1) All of the humankind, other than my footmen, have a certain amount of common-sense;
2) No one, who lives on barley-sugar, can be anything but a mere baby;
3) None but a hopscotch player knows what real happiness is;
4) No mere baby has a grain of common-sense;
5) No engine-driver ever plays hopscotch;
6) No footman of mine is ignorant of what true happiness is.
What logical conclusions you can make from here ?

Footmen and hopscotch players are synonymous, and only they know what true happiness is. They may or may not have a certain amount of common sense.
Everyone else, including all engine drivers and babies, does have a certain amount of common sense; more than a grain in the case of all babies.
Only babies (but not necessarily all babies) live on barley sugar.
*7) from *1+*4 = Footmen are mere babies
*8) from *3+*5= no engine-driver knows real happiness
*9) from *3+*6= footmen are hopscotch players
*10) from *2+*7+*8+*9= *1+*2+*3+*4+*5+*6 =(Logical conclusion incorporating all statements)=
My footmen are hopscotch playing babies who are not engine drivers, and they may live on barley-sugar (but not necessarily)
That's as far as I can take it.

Logical statement - This is by far the wierdest think i have seen on here so far.
Several individual statements can be concluded, but a general statement would be...
My footmen are not engine-drivers; They are hopscotch players and mere babies, who live on barley sugar and know what true happiness is.
I forgot part of that....
My footmen are not engine drivers and have no common sense; They are mere babies who play hopscotch, live on barley sugar and know what true happiness is.
1)sense isnt Common, its a subjective assessment of ones self. (or group)
2) the barley-sugar is possibly symbolic for indoctrination or the Sweet comforts of familiarity etc, so those who live as mere "Reactors" to their indoctrination are "babies of the greater world" and undeveloped, or lacking the freedom of Self-actualization.
3)"real" happiness is another subjective thing which depends on what makes the Individual happy, so there is no "Real" happiness other than whatever stimulus makes said individual Happy personally.
4)this is a contradiction, if sense were "common" many mere babies would possess it.
5)few hopscotch players would play hopscotch if they could Drive engines.
6) more subjectivity in which the author assumes that their perception of "true" correlates in some meaningful way to the perceptions of others.
Hopscotch player=someone who has fun
Engine-driver=someone who works
People who live on barley-sugar=someone who drinks...who has no common sense when they're drunk
People who have fun know what true happiness is but they have no common sense...#3 and #6 link footmen and hopscotch players and #1 states no footmen have common- sense.
People who work for a living have a certain amount of common-sense, but they have no fun...#5-No engine-driver ever plays hopscotch and #1-All of humankind beside footmen (hopscotch players) have a certain amount of common sense.
People who get drunk for a living have no common sense and doesnt know what real happiness is...#3 None but a hopscotch player knows what real happiness is...#2 and #4 link barley-sugar people to babies to having no common sense.
I think that something logical you could conclude out of this might be that drinking in excess has no benefits..although the people that do think they have found real happiness..and that if you want to have any common sense in life you'll have to do some sort of work sooner or later.
Also you could say that by balancing good clean fun and some work, you could balance your life out with real happiness and common-sense...if you stay away from the bad fun like the drinking and such in the world
I don't know...just my thoughts
Babies/Children are your footmen, but not adults.
