these words are connected to each other in a very unique other than being body parts can you find that out ?

I remember some riddle that talked about body parts that contained 4 letters. Most of these have four letters.

left out "Hips", "Fist" etc.

I believe that not only are they human body parts, but they can also be found in old world monkeys, and probably new world monkeys. The connection is monkey parts....?
