Looking for Five

Find a 2 digit number, with identical digits, such that when it is multiplied by 99, the product has a 5 as the 3rd digit from the left.

66 * 99 = 6534

The 3rd digit FROM the LEFT is 5

44 gives the 2nd digit from the left as 5.
