probably wrong ... but the only thing I came up with is "2" ...
42937 is a prime number

Maybe they represent key strokes on a phone pad or something :-)!! We can use a T9 dictionary and figure out what the missing digit could be!

I also agree with Chris if u put in a 1 it will spell FONTS so i go with 1

looking at the order missing nuber should be either 1 or 2
