Late, but I finally got here.
377337 / 5169 = 73
I agree with Miguel
Since there are 12 digits represented in the original problem we can only conclude that we were intended to use base 12. Thus, giving:
5 7 7 5 5 7 / 9 1 4 B = 7 5
